Mentawai Balcony - Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation

The number of guests staying at Mentawai Balcony must not exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation 60 Days Before Check-In: If a cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the check-in date, the guest will receive a refund of 20% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellation 30 Days Before Check-In: If a cancellation occurs 30 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a refund of 30% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellation 15 Days Before Check-In: If a cancellation occurs 15 days before the check-in date, the guest will receive a refund of 50% of the total booking amount.

  • Cancellation 7 Days Before Check-In: If a cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the check-in date, the guest will not receive any refund (100% of the booking amount will be charged).

Rescheduling Policy

Guests may request to reschedule their trip, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 30 days before the check-in date. Rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the check-in date will not be accommodated.

Payment Terms

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required. The final payment must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Documentation Requirements

All guests are required to bring a copy of their passport and proof of personal insurance that includes coverage for medical evacuation. These documents must be presented upon arrival.

By making a booking with Mentawai Balcony, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of the above terms may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
